National Academies Privacy Study Launched

The National Academies' Computer Science and Telecommunications Board announces the launch of its new study, "Privacy in the Information Age."

The two-year study undertakes a comprehensive assessment that will evaluate causes for concern about privacy in the information age and tools and strategies for responding.
